By accessing our website or using our vehicle rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our rental platform.
To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license issued at least 12 months prior to the rental date. A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card in the renter’s name are required at the time of pickup. International renters must present a valid passport along with an international driving permit.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Payment must be completed at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. A security deposit may be held at the time of vehicle pickup and will be released upon return of the vehicle in satisfactory condition.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee equal to one day’s rental charge. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer support portal.
The rented vehicle must only be operated by the registered renter or an approved additional driver. Sub-leasing or transferring the vehicle to a third party is strictly prohibited. Vehicles must not be used for commercial transportation of passengers, racing, off-road driving, or any unlawful activity. Smoking is not permitted inside any rental vehicle.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same fuel level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided, a refuelling charge plus a service fee will be deducted from the security deposit. We do not provide refunds for unused fuel.
Basic third-party liability insurance is included with all rentals. The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs during the rental period. Optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and theft protection packages are available at an additional cost. We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed drop-off time. Late returns will incur additional charges calculated on an hourly basis at the applicable daily rate. If a vehicle is not returned within 48 hours of the agreed return time without prior notice, it may be reported as stolen to the relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
